Return Process

  Ensure your furikake seasoning is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items safely in a shipping box with your original packing slip to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Refund

  Once our kitchen team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
